Building beauty for 50 years
A history crowned by countless achievements. Built trust and certified quality since 1976.
Ediltecno stands out for corporate stability, customer loyalty, expertise in the restoration of historically valuable buildings, the ability to operate as a General Contractor and a quality-time ratio that is hard to replicate.
Our History
Founded on 18 October 1976 by Giancarlo Bassanini together with Sergio Venza and Giuseppe Vinci, the company was created with a clear vision: to generate value through quality construction. In 1978 Ediltecno Restauri S.r.l. was established. Over the years, the company has grown in restoration, redevelopment and new construction, becoming one of the most recognised names in Italian private construction. In 2019, the generational transition began with the establishment of the Board of Directors.
50 years of experience, one vision
For fifty years we have turned ideas into works, projects into reality and challenges into results. We have contributed to the growth of companies, institutions and communities. We have restored iconic places and created new spaces for the future. Above all, we have built trust. Today we celebrate our past while looking ahead with the same passion as on the first day.
