Extraordinary maintenance and building expansion
An industrial disused building becomes a structure for offices and showrooms, a representative architecture as seat of a fashion company: it needs symbolic pictures to emphasize the power of the brand and of its products. The intervention defines a high maintenance and conservation of the typical volumetric simplicity of the building. The modernity is in the enlargement at the shingle, a raised part in steel and crystal in almost all the surface. A volume signed by metallic profile and projections, a transparent volume that surrounds a free space, easing the use and the fruition. Contemporaneity: in the inner spaces, oriented toward flexibility realized in the large surfaces and in the exposure spaces for the commercial exposition; vertical connections, architectural stairwell; in the finishings adequate to the fashion industry; in the plant equipment, to satisfy all kind of destinations. Fine the realization of the “winter garden” with a panoramic lift in the centre.
