PALAZZINA 4WD - FERRARI

The new building to be built will be completely located on an area owned by Ferrari S.p.A., precisely within an area located to the east of the building called 4WD, on the currently asphalted square; Works will be necessary to move pre-existing systems (petrol tank and necessary systems, sewage networks, multi-service block; well, fire prevention pipes, etc...);

The activities that will take place will be the following:

Interfering plant movements;

This construction will involve a series of related operations, such as the execution of excavations and the execution of Berliners for the repositioning of polyfers for plant service and the relocation of existing sewerage networks. All the construction and expansion works of an industrial building are foreseen with metal and wooden carpentry works, installation of floors, systems and finishes.
