Valextra Showroom - Milan (MI), Via A. Manzoni n. 3
Renovation and redevelopment works of the building destined to host the New Valextra Showroom
For the Valextra showroom in Milan, inside the most important business areas in the city centre, the renovation shows the connection between architecture and taste: the external shows at the base of the building, new windows and shop windows with elegant frames that illustrate the preciosity of the spaces and of the products. The inner spaces follow a fluid space line full of transparency, calls that create a fine commercial path. The intervention by Ediltecno it is part of the working formula “turnkey”. The building works, the raising of a floor of the building with the realization of an attic with a covered roof terrace that overlooks on piazza della Scala, accessible by a crystal staircase; the reconstruction of the pavement and wall coverings, electrical and mechanical plant; the artisan production of new furniture and the realization of special finishings, like the elements’ gold plating for the exposure.
