Construction of new offices and laboratories converting an industrial warehouse
An old industrial depot, used for the construction of defense systems, is totally transformed in a new offices complex with workshops and rooms for training: the complex becomes space for project and experimentation with moment of construction and check of the defense models. The work needed the global restoration of the building: the emptying of the interiors permits a global transformation. A steel structure was added at the existing structures so to reorganize the interiors to contain new offices, workshops and training rooms. In the interiors there are emerging-height spaces for entries and distribution, at the storeys there glass walls spaces for office. The distribution is in the hallway: a wide variety of materials and colors distinguishes the interior and helps to define, together with the advanced plant equipment, a high quality work space
